Jacob Christian Hansen Ellehammer (1871 - 1946) Inventor

J. C. H. Ellehammer took out over 300 patents from beer vending machines to boats with pneumatic engines.

The company he made is still in business and is making fire-fighting equipment for use at tankers.

From 1906 to 1912 he built different kinds of aeroplanes, the last one was a helicopter in 1912.

J. C. H. Ellehammer was the first European man, who flew an aeroplane the 12th of September 1906.
