In 1913 a second line was opened going from the Central Station to the naval port of Odense. This line was not a success and in 1926 it was closed.

Instead the line was changed to go from the station to the north of Odense, the Skibhus line.

One of the terminus' was near the railway station, and the change conditions for the main line was not the best.

In 1939 the Skibhus line was replaced by a trolley bus line, so Odense only had one streetcar line.

The last day of operation for this adventure streetline was August the 7th 1939.
