Commerative Stamps

To honor the Danish craftsmen a little series of stamps was issued showing the tools a craftsman use.

To remind people to preserve the nature, 2 stamps were isued late 1977. The stamps are showing 2 plants, which are among the threatened ones.

Special Stamps

The 31st of December 1977 was the last time the POSTFÆRGE (Postal Ferry) stamps were in use.

The stamps were used as payment for goods transported by the ferryline between Esbjerg (Jutland) and Fanø. The ferryline was owned by the Postal Services.
